To create an account, we collect your phone number, which serves as your login identifier, and a password. You may optionally add a display name. To use the core feature, you add contacts by phone number and choose from five preset emotion signals to send them — we store who you sent a signal to, which emotion you picked, and when. If your device has notifications enabled, we store a device push token so we can deliver match alerts. We do not collect your email address, location, photos, or access your phone's contact list — Intuitio never requests contacts permission; you add contacts manually by phone number.

We don't use advertising or analytics SDKs, don't share data with data brokers or ad networks, and don't track you across other apps or websites. There's no in-app browser, no social feed, and no discovery mechanism that surfaces other users' activity to you.

An emotion signal is held for a 24-hour window. If the recipient doesn't send a signal back within that window, it is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our database — not archived, not soft-deleted, gone. The recipient is never notified it existed, and neither of you can retrieve it afterward.

If both people send a signal to each other within the 24-hour window, a match record is created showing both people which emotion the other picked and when. This match record is retained as part of your account's match history until you delete your account.

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) solely to deliver push notifications to your device — it receives your device's push token, nothing else. We use standard cloud hosting infrastructure to run our servers. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with any third party for their own advertising or marketing purposes.

Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing and are never visible to us in plain text. All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to production data is restricted to the people operating the service.

You can delete your account at any time by writing to us at the address below from the phone number on your account. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, contacts, active signals, and match history.

Intuitio is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 13 (or the minimum age required by your local law, if higher). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

If this policy changes in a way that materially affects how your data is used, we'll update the effective date above and, where required, notify you directly.
