Terms of Use
By creating an Intuitio account you agree to these terms, including zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.
Zero tolerance
Intuitio has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior of any kind — including harassment, threats, hate speech, impersonation, and anything that endangers or exploits a minor. Every signal you send is one of five fixed, non-editable options; there's no freeform text, photos, video, or file attachments anywhere in the app for anyone to misuse.
Flagging a concern
You can report any contact directly from the app — hold their name in the contact picker and choose "Report a concern." Reports are confidential: the person you report is never told you filed it, and we review every report we receive.
Blocking someone
You can block any contact directly from the same menu. Blocking is immediate: it clears anything currently between you and that person, and permanently stops either of you from ever signalling the other again. Blocking, like reporting, is confidential — the blocked person is never notified.
Our response
We review every report and block within 24 hours of it being filed. Where we find a violation of these terms, we act — up to and including removing the content in question and permanently ejecting the offending account from Intuitio. Where the law requires it, we cooperate with law enforcement, including reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) for child safety matters.
Account eligibility
Intuitio is intended for users 18 years of age and older. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at signup and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Related policies
These terms work alongside our Privacy Policy and Child Safety Policy, which explain how we handle data and respond to child-safety concerns respectively.
