Intuitio has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior of any kind — including harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, impersonation, cheating, and anything that endangers or exploits a minor. Emotion signals are one of five fixed options. The places where you can write or upload something — your ID skill description, inquiries to an ID, tournament names and house rules, and eFootball result screenshots — must follow these terms too. We remove content that breaks them and the accounts responsible.

You can report a concern directly from the app: hold a contact's name in the contact picker and choose "Report a concern," or use "Report" on an ID listing or a tournament (including a result screenshot). Reports are confidential: the person you report is never told you filed it, and we review every report we receive.

You can block any contact directly from the same menu. Blocking is immediate: it clears anything currently between you and that person, and permanently stops either of you from ever signalling the other again. Blocking, like reporting, is confidential — the blocked person is never notified.

We review every report and block within 24 hours of it being filed. Where we find a violation of these terms, we act — up to and including removing the content in question and permanently ejecting the offending account from Intuitio. Where the law requires it, we cooperate with law enforcement, including reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) for child safety matters.

Intuitio is intended for users 18 years of age and older. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at signup and for keeping your account credentials secure.

The Daily Call is a free game of judgement. There's no money, no entry fee, no prize and no reward of any kind: points, streaks and scores exist only inside Intuitio and have no cash or other value. Questions and results are prepared from public information and news, partly with the help of AI and automated data sources. We do our best to get them right, but a question may be withdrawn or a result corrected or voided; when that happens, nobody gains or loses points.

Members with an active Intuitio ID badge can host chess or eFootball tournaments. Entry is always free and there are no prizes, money or side bets of any kind through Intuitio; don't use tournaments to arrange any. Play fairly: report only real results of games you played, under your own Lichess username or eFootball name. Hosts run their tournaments in good faith, including settling disputes and awarding walkovers; we may correct results, remove a tournament or remove players who break these terms. Games are played on Lichess and in eFootball, which have their own terms. Intuitio isn't affiliated with Lichess or with Konami, the maker of eFootball.

Using Intuitio to send emotion signals and discover matches is completely free. Intuitio Developers (ID) is an optional paid add-on: a ₹99 (INR)/month registration and retention fee to be listed in the searchable ID directory, billed in Indian Rupees and processed by our payment partner, Cashfree — Intuitio never stores your card, UPI, or bank details. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intuitio's liability for any claim relating to the ID marketplace service is limited to the amount paid for the retention period during which the claim arose. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kerala, India having jurisdiction.
